CORPORATE BANKING (कॉर्पोरेट बैंकिंग)

Definition:

Jab bank badi companies, industries, MNCs (Multi-National Corporations) aur business entities ko banking services deta hai, to ise Corporate Banking kaha jata hai.

Corporate Banking ke Pramukh Prakar (Types of Corporate Banking Services)

1. Working Capital Finance (कार्यशील पूंजी वित्त)

   • Companies ko daily business operations ke liye short-term loan diya jata hai.

   • Example: Reliance ya Tata jaise bade business ko short-term loan milna.

2. Term Loans (लंबी अवधि के ऋण)

   • Factories, machines, buildings, aur naye projects ke liye long-term loans diye jate hain.

   • Example: Tata Motors ko naye car plant ke liye ₹500 crore ka loan.

3. Trade Finance (व्यापार वित्त)

   • Export-import business ke liye Letter of Credit (LC) aur Bank Guarantees jaisi suvidhaye di jati hain.

   • Example: Samsung India ko China se raw material import karne ke liye LC milna.

4. Treasury & Cash Management (निधि और नकदी प्रबंधन)

   • Companies ko paisa efficiently manage karne aur investments ka plan banane me madad ki jati hai.

5. Forex & International Banking (विदेशी मुद्रा और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बैंकिंग)

   • Multinational companies ke liye foreign exchange aur currency transactions ka support diya jata hai.

6. Corporate Credit Cards (कॉर्पोरेट क्रेडिट कार्ड्स)

   • Companies ke employees ke liye special credit cards, jo official expenses ke liye use hote hain.

   • Example: Infosys ke employees ke liye HDFC Corporate Credit Card.

7. Project Finance (परियोजना वित्त)

   • Bade infrastructure projects jaise highways, power plants, metro projects ke liye funding di jati hai.

   • Example: Delhi Metro project ke liye World Bank aur SBI ka loan.
